If you are new to WordPress here are a few instructions.

First, in order to eliminate spam, we have mandated that you register in order to post a “comments”. So, at the right, select “register” under “Meta”.

Once you are inside your account, at the top of the page select the “Home Business and Tax Solutions” link – next to the “W” at the top left. That will take you to the main page of the blog where you can select “comments” and either read or post your own comments.
